In this in-house role, you will handle the processing of import and export shipments and will also be involved in further tasks of daily business. Tasks ###

• preparation and checking of customs declarations in import and export
• checking of invoices, proofs of origin and accompanying documents
• communicating with customs authorities, customers and partners
• recording orders and advising shipments
• monitoring deadlines, regulations and permits
• maintaining data in the systems
• clarifying special cases and discrepancies
• assisting with administrative tasks in a small team

Requirements ###

• completed training in freight forwarding logistics or as a customs declarant
• 3-4 years of professional experience in import and export processing mandatory
• knowledge of Swiss customs law and international specifications
• precise, responsible way of working
• open, team-oriented and flexible personality who is also willing to think outside the box

IT ###

MS-Office - good knowledge
Tares, Taric/EZT - very good knowledge
Passar - good knowledge

Languages ###

German: m+s very good
English: m+s good
