Kitchen Assistant (m/f/d)

Bergbahnen Destination Gstaad AG is one of the largest mountain railway companies in the Berner Oberland. In addition to the railway systems and ski slopes, it operates its own mountain restaurants and employs around 420 staff in winter and 220 in summer. The experiential mountain summer is just as much a focus for the company as the enjoyable and diverse ski area. For one of our mountain restaurants, we are looking for an immediate Kitchen Assistant (m/f/d) Your tasks: • Cleaning of dishes, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils • Cleaning work in the dishwashing area, kitchen and all storage rooms including cold rooms • Assistance with mise-en-place and preparing vegetables • Cold kitchen, working at the gardemanger station • Responsibility for waste disposal after separation, empties and food scraps • Compliance with HACCP regulations Your profile: • Accustomed to responsible, clean and precise working • Previous knowledge in the dishwashing area and gastronomy is desirable, but not required • Trustworthy and reliable • Enjoys working in an international team We offer: • Respectful and friendly working atmosphere • Professional induction and training • Predominantly day shifts • Above-tariff wages • Seasonal contract • Staff accommodation or help with finding an apartment Would you like to work in the middle of the Berner Oberland and contribute with pride to the success of our mountain gastronomy?
