Job Description

• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of building technology systems, facilities, and infrastructure
• Planning and execution of electrical safety inspections
• Definition and implementation of measures for energy and operational optimization
• Independent execution of inspections as well as maintenance
• Rectification of occurring malfunctions and execution of initial interventions
• Obtaining and processing of offers
• Independent management of sub-projects
• Coordination of external service providers and tradespeople

Requested Profile

• Completed basic training as an Electrical Installer EFZ / Montage-Elektriker EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in handling HVACSE systems
• Service- and solution-oriented mindset
• Independent and team-oriented actions
• Good IT skills in the Microsoft Office suite
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
