For one of our clients, we are looking for a bilingual French and German Personal Insurance Claims Manager in a permanent contract between 80% and 100%, based in Genève. The collaborator will support companies, institutions, and HR services in managing their insurance with professionalism, expertise, and proximity.

Our client is a major player in insurance brokerage and pension schemes in Switzerland and Europe.

Missions

• Integration within the structure;
• Autonomous management of personal insurance claim files;
• Monitoring of UVG, supplementary UVG, sickness loss of earnings, and LPP cases;
• Advising and informing clients, employers, and the insured;
• Collaboration with client advisors and insurance partners;
• Analysis of complex situations and participation in finding suitable solutions;
• Reporting to clients and Management;
• Training of new collaborators;
• Participation in daily office life.

Candidate Profile

• Training in insurance and / or pension schemes;
• Proven experience in personal insurance claims management in Switzerland;
• Excellent command of French and German languages, both oral and written;
• Good knowledge of the Swiss insurance market;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and insurance software;
• Sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy;
• Customer orientation and team spirit;
• Discretion and sense of confidentiality.
