For our team in Bern, we are looking for a Consultant Industry/Technology - 100% (a) ## Your area of responsibility: ## • Receiving inquiries and recording requirements from our customers in the Bern / Emmental / Solothurn / Langenthal area • Proactive customer acquisition • Creating job advertisements according to existing templates and customer specifications • Reviewing incoming application dossiers and processing them for possible assignments with our customers • Arranging and conducting interviews with applicants • Correspondence and service tasks in connection with daily business What you bring with you: ## • a technical basic training with EFZ, commercial further training is an advantage • consulting experience (e.g. field service activity or similar) is an advantage • reliable, conscientious and proactive way of working • strong service mindset and you like contact with people • You are familiar with the MS-Office suite • An open nature and you have very good manners • Enjoyment of a dynamic environment with diverse tasks • Committed, open-minded and communicative personality • Able to work in a team, helpful and down-to-earth • German is your native language, other languages are welcome • Driver's license Cat.
