Mandate Manager Fiduciary 80-100%

For a modern, established fiduciary company, we are looking for an experienced and independent personality.

Your tasks

• You will take over a versatile portfolio of national and international mandates and support your clients independently and holistically
• Independent support and management of fiduciary mandates
• Responsibility for financial accounting as well as monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparation and auditing of financial statements according to Swiss accounting standards
• Processing of VAT and tax issues
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Support for payroll and social insurance topics if required
• Direct contact person for your clients regarding technical and business concerns
• Support with more demanding client projects and individual queries
• Active participation in the further development of internal processes and services

Your profile

• You are a technically proficient fiduciary personality with several years of fiduciary experience and appreciate being entrusted with trust and responsibility
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Fiduciary, Finance and Accounting or a comparable qualification or you are currently in the corresponding further training
• Enjoyment of personal client contact and independent mandate management
• Very good German skills; good English skills are an advantage due to the international client environment
• A reliable, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the willingness to take on responsibility
