You pay particular attention to the quality of your communication with residents and their relatives. You actively contribute to the implementation and monitoring of individualized life projects, ensuring that the choices and needs of each person are respected. You provide basic care and the technical acts required within the framework of an EMS. EXPECTED PROFILE Are you a qualified nurse and do you have Swiss Red Cross recognition? Have you acquired solid experience in geriatrics and today wish to put your skills at the service of a human-sized structure, centered on the well-being of the elderly person? You have at least two years of experience in care, ideally within an EMS in Switzerland. You are Attentive, calm and caring, you know how to manage emergency situations with professionalism, and you place the human relationship at the heart of your practice. You enjoy working in a team, possess excellent interpersonal skills and are able to adapt flexibly to field needs.
