To complete the educational team of the RE Sector, 3 residential locations for residents with disabilities and associated mental health problems and/or aging, we are looking for a Social Educator, ASE, ASSC or Nurse (M/F) with an activity rate of 60%-80%. Mission You contribute to the well-being of residents, ensure their greatest possible autonomy in their journey and a living environment that meets their needs and desires. You guarantee daily educational support. You aim to increase, maintain or support the loss of their skills according to the situations. You support them in their social and institutional integration. This mission is carried out in a multidisciplinary team and in active collaboration with the social network. Responsibilities Develop and implement educational strategies adapted to the needs of residents Work in an interdisciplinary manner to respond to complex and heterogeneous problems Provide assistance to residents in basic care and daily life activities Perform delegated medical and technical acts in relation to their level of competence Participate in the choice, implementation and animation of relaxation and leisure activities Favor the integration of the resident's relatives in the development and follow-up of their individual project. Collaborate actively with internal and external networks Ensure administrative tasks related to the team and residents Desired Profile Diploma in social education (HES, ES, Specialized Pedagogy), CFC in ASE or ASSC essential Experience in supporting people with loss of autonomy and associated disorders and/or in care Ease in team work and communication, task organization; reliability Interest in developing communication tools adapted to residents with language disorders, for individualized support and regular coordination of collective activities Marked motivation for the development of new educational actions Good knowledge of computer science and Microsoft Office programs Category B driving license desired Work Environment We offer the opportunity to participate in the development of an important institution, to take on challenges and, through continuous training, to develop your skills.
