Your tasks • Independent management of the real estate accounts of condominium associations (STWEG) and rental properties • Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable including invoicing, collection, and payment transactions/e-banking • Preparation of annual budgets as well as liquidity monitoring and cash management • Booking of all business transactions and preparation of annual financial statements as well as heating and operating cost statements • Support of owners and tenants in financial matters • Close cooperation with the property management team as well as with auditors and official authorities • Processing of financial insurance claims as well as reclamation of withholding tax Your profile • Commercial basic training as a real estate clerk, Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a real estate manager, or Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a real estate fiduciary (m/f/d) • At least 2–3 years of professional experience in real estate accounting, ideally with profound knowledge of industry-specific software (Immotop2) • Very good MS Office skills • German and English skills in spoken and written form (min.
