The Medical Management is looking for, within its various departments (childhood and adolescence, adult, advanced age) for its hospital and outpatient units, several:

Assistant Physicians 50 - 100 %

You hold an FMH postgraduate title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or a title deemed equivalent and recognized by MEBEKO, you possess several years of experience in a chief physician position or similar function and wish to join a recognized institution specialized in mental health.
As part of your function you will be required to:

o support and replace the head physician of the branch in the medical management of the services
o supervise and participate in all activities taking place in the sector
o develop the plans and programs necessary for the achievement of the objectives decided by the medical management and the department
o organize collaboration and multidisciplinary work with external partners of the CNP
o participate in the implementation of internal and external training programs
o participate in the psychiatric field in the updating and development of the diagnostic and therapeutic methods used
o contribute to the research activity of the institution
o develop a direct and continuous clinical practice with patients

The required skills for this position are as follows:

o be in possession of an FMH postgraduate specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or a title deemed equivalent and recognized by MEBEKO
o possess a minimum experience of 3 years in a chief physician position or equivalent
o have an interdisciplinary way of working in a team and in a network
o demonstrate leadership and have a sense of planning, negotiation, and flexibility
o demonstrate good abilities in the management of multidisciplinary teams
o possess a sense of listening and collegiality
