We are going to achieve together CDD First Employment \- Customer Service Representative We are going to achieve together The éco21 unit – Domains of Action has the mission to support the different customer segments of SIG for efficient management of energy, drinking water and waste. The services offered allow users to comply with regulatory frameworks while reducing their consumption thanks to adapted solutions. As a Customer Service Representative, your main mission will consist of providing support for the implementation and operation of éco21 support for the target of 230’000 Genevan households. Your energy at the service of a sustainable Geneva Within your scope, you will be responsible for: Contributing to the development of éco21 services intended for Genevan households in the fields of energy, water and waste; Planning and organizing field actions in coordination with internal and external stakeholders in order to carry out 10’000 household visits per year; Participating in the animation of the network of partner Advisors by supporting their skill development and ensuring compliance with the defined services; Ensuring the quality of the services offered and measuring the results of the actions (savings in electricity, CO2, water and waste); Developing and updating your knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks in order to guarantee the relevance and sustainability of the services; Coordinating and facilitating the flow of information within the éco21 activity and with the different SIG stakeholders. Your personality and your skills Endowed with strong motivation and great curiosity, you enjoy working in a team and demonstrate rigor in your activities. Your adaptability and your sense of communication allow you to collaborate effectively with various interlocutors. Autonomous, you seek solutions and are open to feedback in a logic of continuous improvement. You have a good general culture related to the management of energy, the environment, water and waste, as well as technical knowledge of uses in housing. You master the Office 365 IT tools and possess a good knowledge of the geographical and cultural context of the canton of Geneva as well as the Swiss regulatory bases in your field. Your academic background: You hold a diploma related to the environment?; a specialization in the field of energy constitutes an asset. The salary will be calculated on the basis of a reference annual treatment distributed over thirteen salaries, depending on your diploma: • Bachelor: CHF 75'000\.\-\- gross (100 % base) distributed over thirteen salaries. • Master: CHF 78’000\.\-\- gross (100 % base) distributed over thirteen salaries.
