Our client develops technology for winter tourism and is known worldwide for its high-quality, energy-efficient products and its own know-how. Around 20 employees work at the location, where commitment, flexibility, and innovative strength count. She is not advertising the newly created position herself at the current time. Your tasks

• Independent programming of milling operations with MasterCAM and Mazatrol
• Setting up and running workpieces on the 3-axis and 5-axis machine
• Manufacturing precision parts with a focus on milling
• Ensuring the quality and dimensional accuracy of the manufactured components
• Taking responsibility for the assigned machine park of two Mazak machines
• Participating in the commissioning of the new 5-axis machine from 2028 and taking on a leading role

Your profile

• Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ or Produktionsmechaniker EFZ with a focus on CNC
• Mandatory: Several years of practical experience in CNC milling and in programming with MasterCAM
• Advantageous: Knowledge of Mazatrol
• Enjoyment of mechanics and working on complex components
• Service-oriented, hardworking, and reliable way of working
• Interest in long-term employment at a professional level
• German: Very Good (B2)

Your perspectives
You will take on a newly created position with a lot of personal responsibility and a long-term perspective. From 2028, you may take on the leading role on a brand-new 5-axis machine. The recently expanded operation is state-of-the-art, a microwave and air fryer are available in the canteen for your lunch break, and in good weather, the terrace invites you to linger.
