Construction Manager Civil Engineering

Responsibility for the realization of demanding inner-city civil engineering projects, from tender to handover.

Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the realization of civil engineering projects
• Accompanying the projects from tender to completion
• Coordination and organization of construction site processes
• Planning and monitoring of deadlines, resources, quality, safety, and costs
• Coordination and communication with clients, authorities, and contractors
• Ensuring a smooth project process in an inner-city environment
• Leadership and coordination of the involved project partners

Profile

• Completed training as a Civil Engineer FH/ETH, Federal Diploma Construction Manager, or Technician HF Construction Planning
• Several years of professional experience in construction management is an advantage
• Experience in municipal or inner-city civil engineering is desirable
• Sound knowledge in project execution
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office, CAD, and construction administration software
• Driver's license category B
