Service Technician AV/ICT

Your tasks: As a Service Technician AV/ICT, you visit our customers at home every day and ensure their satisfaction with flawless service. Your main tasks include: • Delivery and commissioning of network, multimedia, and IT products (routers, WLAN systems, TVs, PCs) at our private customers' premises • Processing and troubleshooting of fault reports • Collaboration on the further development of our ICT services for private customers • Customer consulting in our own store and on site • Maintenance work on our systems, networks, and installations Your profile: • Completed training as a multimedia electronics engineer EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ or a comparable training • Enjoyment of customer contact • Driver's license category B • Independent, reliable, and structured way of working • Initial professional experience in telecommunications, especially HF-/coaxial technology, is an advantage We offer: • A versatile and responsible activity in a well-established team • Various development and deepening opportunities for your career • Your service vehicle is also available to you free of charge for your commute Have we sparked your interest?
