Do you have solid experience in cleaning and team supervision? Do you want to evolve in a regulated industrial environment where quality, rigor and organization are essential? Then this position might be made for you! ### What awaits you * Management, supervision and training of the cleaning team (approximately 35 employees) * Guarantee the GMP compliance of cleaning operations * Drive the operational organization of cleaning * Plan and coordinate cleanings (planned cleanings, deep cleanings, client requests) * Control the compliance of GMP documentation * Management of machines, tools, equipment and consumables * Propose improvements to services * Coordinate the execution of special cleanings (windows, facades, exteriors, end of construction site...) * Guarantee the quality of cleanings (client quality controls, self-controls) * Guarantee compliance with health, safety and environmental rules in the performance of services ### What you bring * CFC in cleaning / cleaning agent or a title deemed equivalent * Significant experience in GMP cleaning (good manufacturing practices) * Knowledge of cleanrooms and "ultra-clean" cleaning * 3 to 5 years of experience in a regulated industrial environment * Several years of experience as a cleaning team leader * Very good mastery of spoken and written French * Mastery of common IT tools * Driver's license * Sense of responsibility and client-oriented * Autonomy, flexibility, rigor, organization, autonomous * Developed team spirit * Healthy and transparent communication * Values (cohesion, honesty, entrepreneurship, responsibility, quality) * Monday to Friday (presence 3x/week until 9pm for evening team supervision * Occasionally on weekends for team supervision ### Ready for us?
