What you can accomplish with us:

• You are part of our team and with your colleagues, you manage the life cycle of production collaborators (200 people).
• You draft employment contracts, manage salaries and ensure that our activities comply with the CCT and our company values.
• You manage absences (illness, accident, maternity, military service, etc.) and ensure the administrative follow-up of files
• You ensure the administrative management of family allowances and other social benefits
• You prepare attestations, work certificates and other documents intended for collaborators or authorities
• You undertake other administrative tasks such as correspondence, receiving telephone calls as well as reception at the front desk.

What you bring:

• You have completed a basic commercial training (CFC as a commercial employee) or equivalent and you have good knowledge in the field of human resources (HR certificate an asset)
• You master French and you are comfortable with numbers
• You like working in a team, you are autonomous, you are organized and methodical and you know how to take responsibilities
• You demonstrate savoir-vivre, you know how to assert yourself if necessary; you like contact with collaborators
• You have the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations and to find solutions
• You master MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
