For our Construction Law and Spatial Development department, we are looking for a versatile and interested personality who will independently process building applications on behalf of the municipalities we support, from the preliminary examination to the construction law decision. In doing so, you will encounter a team with real cohesion, diverse backgrounds, and a shared attitude: good values, mutual support, and the will for further development, whether in continuing education or with personal plans. Your tasks:

• You process and accompany building permit procedures, including the examination of building applications, preliminary clarifications, and construction law decisions.
• You advise clients, architects, and internal departments on construction and planning law issues and ensure the professional implementation of legal requirements.
• Participation in projects in the field of spatial planning is possible.

What you bring with you:

• You have training in the commercial, technical, planning, or administrative field.
• Ideally, you have further training in construction administration or municipal administration.
• Alternatively, you have experience in construction or planning law or in real estate management.
• You convince through negotiation skills, a confident appearance, and your oral and written expression.
• You have an interest in construction law and spatial planning issues.
• You enjoy developing yourself, using digital possibilities, and actively helping to shape changes.
• You enjoy the exchange with planners and construction administration.
