Your tasks

• Quality guarantor: Ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards and actively contribute to the optimization of processes - in close cooperation with the hotel management
• Guest care: You ensure warm, personal, and professional service on the ward - during room service, in the dining room, and at events.
• Service processes: You ensure a smooth workflow in service and take over the associated preparation and cleaning work.
• Quality & hygiene: You ensure compliance with our high hygiene and quality standards and actively contribute to the optimization of our processes - in close cooperation with the hotel management.
• Teamwork: You work closely with the nursing, therapy, and hotel departments and thus make an important contribution to holistic patient care.
• Contact point: You are the central information person for patients, their relatives, and internal stakeholders
• Collaboration in the team: Close cooperation with nursing, therapy, and hotel management - which is particularly important in a rehab clinic.
• Responsibility for ward service: e.g., orders, mise en place, serving, clearing, and order.
• Patient orientation: You interact empathetically with people in different health situations and place their needs at the center.

Your profile

• Education: Restaurationsfachfrau/-mann EFZ or comparable qualification
• Experience: You have experience in service or in a comparable function in hospitals or clinics
• Personality: You are service-oriented, enjoy working with elderly people, are resilient, and a true team player
• Weekend and holiday shifts: You are flexible and ready to work on weekends and holidays as well
• Languages: Good German skills in speaking and writing
