Operations Mechanic / Operations Mechanic Meat Production (100%)

Strengthen our collegial technical team in meat production (slaughterhouse/dismantling plant). Operational technology is responsible for the availability of all technical systems and the infrastructure in the company with the goal of enabling smooth production. All maintenance work as well as small and large repairs are carried out manually. Conversion measures or modifications to technical systems are realized in certain orders of magnitude, from planning to execution to documentation.

Your tasks

• Maintenance and servicing of the production systems in the slaughterhouse and the dismantling plant
• Troubleshooting and fault rectification
• Commissioning of new systems and assistance with conversions
• Recording of maintenance, repairs and malfunctions in the SAP maintenance program
• Purchase of materials within the framework of the guidelines
• Collaboration on new investment projects

What you bring with you

• Completed training in the field of mechanics/polymechanics, e.g., for agricultural machinery, construction machinery or comparable
• Ideally you have professional experience in operational maintenance
• Good technical/mechanical understanding and pronounced manual dexterity
• Readiness for flexible working hours (staggered daytime operation with earliest start at 04.30h) and on an average of two Saturdays per month
• Efficient, careful, independent and reliable way of working
• Very good German skills
• Mobile (own vehicle due to poor public transport connections)
