Socioprofessional Instructor (Male or Female) The Ateliers poles of Sgipa employ adults with intellectual disabilities, who are beneficiaries of disability insurance. The sites integrated into the local economic fabric allow people to learn and practice different trades while benefiting from support throughout their professional lives. For our Espaces verts pole, we are looking for a Socioprofessional Instructor (Male or Female) Your mission Ensure the socioprofessional support and integration of employees in adapted employment through adapted production activities and continuous training to promote skill development and the maintenance of acquired skills. Ensure the proper functioning of the workshop through outdoor space maintenance tasks on-site and off-site: cleaning hard surfaces, maintenance of grass surfaces and flower beds, maintenance of the machine park, small-scale vegetable cultivation. Develop activities and adapt the environment taking into account the needs and potential of the individuals. Promote a team dynamic allowing for involvement and motivation while supporting female and male employees in their socioprofessional project. Your profile Holder of a Socioprofessional Instructor diploma is an asset; failing that, a clear willingness to engage in the training process; Holder of a CFC in the horticultural or landscaping field, or a title deemed equivalent; Confirmed experience in the maintenance of green spaces; Experience in social and professional support; Ease and clarity of communication; Ability to work in a team and independently; Aptitude for administrative work, good sense of organization and priorities; Driving license B indispensable (minibus max. 9 seats); Trailer license (or learner driver) mandatory.
