The RAV Kreuzlingen is seeking immediately or by agreement a Personalberater/-in (m/w/d) 80–100% At RAV Thurgau, we support and advise job-seeking individuals in their reintegration into the labor market. For this meaningful and diverse activity, we are looking for an agile personality with a solution-oriented approach and the necessary assertiveness. Your tasks • Competent advice and placement of job seekers. The goal is rapid and sustainable reintegration into the labor market • You support job-seeking individuals in their reintegration and work with them to develop a successful application strategy • Initiation of measures that support the process of returning to the labor market • Insurance law tasks (information, control, and sanctions) • Exchange with employers, job placement agencies, and other involved institutions • General administrative tasks related to dossier management Your profile • A completed vocational training with several years of professional and life experience and recognized further education (HR specialist certificate or social insurance) or the willingness to acquire it • High social skills, initiative, and very good planning and organizational skills • Professional experience in customer consulting, placement, personnel management, or personnel recruitment • Knowledge of the Swiss labor market and interest in different professions • Skilled handling of IT tools, administrative routine, and stylistically correct German language skills Our offer At RAV Kreuzlingen, a great team awaits you at an attractive workplace.
