Doctor in Postgraduate Training in psychiatry and psychotherapy 70 to 80% An authority for more than 40 years in the outpatient treatment of addictions, the Fondation Phénix is a private non-profit institution, recognized as being of public utility and supported by the Confederation as well as by the Canton of Genève. Recognized for the quality of its services, the Foundation is accredited by the Swiss Institute for Postgraduate and Continuing Medical Education (ISFM) as a postgraduate training establishment in psychiatry and psychotherapy of addictions (category B). It offers a stimulating clinical environment, promoting the development of skills in an integrated biopsychosocial approach. Your missions • Ensure the outpatient psychiatric and psychotherapeutic follow-up of patients presenting addictive disorders and their psychiatric comorbidities; • Participate in diagnostic assessment and the development of individualized therapeutic projects; • Collaborate closely with the different professionals of the multidisciplinary team; • Participate in weekly clinical colloquiums as well as internal training activities. Your profile • Federal medical diploma or diploma recognized by MEBEKO; • Postgraduate training in psychiatry and psychotherapy in progress, with at least two years of clinical experience (experience in somatic medicine is an asset); • Interest in addiction psychiatry and multidisciplinary work; • Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility and autonomy; • Proficiency in French, minimum level C1.
