To strengthen the existing teams, our client wishes to integrate a:

Construction Manager M/F

>>> Missions :

• Organize, coordinate and supervise the progress of the works
• Manage the monitoring of costs, deadlines and the quality of services
• Guarantee compliance with current standards, contractual commitments and safety instructions
• Plan receptions, monitor the lifting of any guarantees and ensure the final delivery of the structure

>>> Profile sought :

Holder of a training as an architect or ES technician in construction management, you have at least 5 years of experience in Switzerland in planning and construction management.

You master Messerli, MS Project and Microsoft Office and are able to manage construction sites autonomously, while respecting costs, deadlines and quality requirements.

Organized, rigorous and dynamic, you have a sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork.

Finally, you hold a B driving license.
