Head of Communication and Marketing, 80 – 100 %

In this versatile role, you will lead the Communication and Marketing staff department professionally, personally, and financially, specifically develop the strategic communication of the PH Luzern, and ensure a consistent overall image. As a central contact person, you support the university management in all communication matters and contribute significantly to the successful management of sensitive topics. Together with your team, you continuously develop formats, channels, and content and implement communication and marketing projects effectively. You maintain the dialogue with media and relevant stakeholders, specifically expand your network in the Central Switzerland media landscape, and move confidently in the tension between governance and operational implementation.

For this responsible position, you bring a university degree in a field relevant to communication and public relations, supplemented by leadership training. You are an experienced leader, have successfully managed complex communication projects, and know the requirements in the environment of universities or public-law institutions. You think about communication strategically and digitally, know the logic of media and the public, and formulate precisely, appropriately for the target group, and convincingly. Furthermore, your profile is characterized by a strong interest in the Swiss educational landscape as well as economic thinking and action. As a personality, you convince through analytical strength, a sense for internal and external relationship management, and through your confident, winning manner in dealing with different stakeholders.
