For over 20 years, the Stiftung Look Good Feel Better has accompanied people who receive a cancer diagnosis. In our free workshops, those affected find space, knowledge, and encounter. They learn how to deal with the visible side effects of their therapy, and they experience that they are not alone. Our work is supported by over 100 volunteer cosmetic professionals, a broad hospital partnership, and cosmetic companies. For the next growth phase, we are looking for a personality to lead our foundation with heart and strategic foresight. A leadership personality for whom fundraising is not a mandatory program, but a passion, and who carries our foundation visibly, effectively, and sustainably into the future. Tasks • Strategic and operational further development of the foundation and its offerings in close cooperation with the Foundation Board and the Foundation Board President • Fundraising with passion and impact: building and maintaining relationships with donor foundations, major donors, and institutional partners; development of new revenue sources • Technical, personnel, and organizational leadership of the office • Network and relationship management with our partners, hospitals, cancer leagues, oncology, and patient forums • Ensuring all legal matters of the foundation • Responsibility for budget and annual financial statements in cooperation with our auditing body and finance officer • Creation of all communication materials such as annual reports, flyers, press releases, brochures, and editorial contributions • Building and maintaining digital channels (Social Media, Newsletter, Blog) Profile • Sensitivity in dealing with the topic of cancer and with affected people • Proven experience in a managing director or comparable leadership function, ideally in the foundation sector or the non-profit sector • Demonstrable success in fundraising: acquisition of funds, whether through foundations, private individuals, companies, or a combination thereof • Strong management and leadership skills: leading with clarity, trust, and appreciation • Experience in financial planning and accounting • Dynamic, enthusiastic personality with good social and communicative skills • Knowledge of the cosmetics industry is an advantage • Good language skills in German, French, and English (Italian is an advantage) We offer • A meaningful task with a direct, visible contribution to the well-being of people in a challenging phase of life • A committed team and a Foundation Board with a unique network • An established brand with over 20 years of impact in Switzerland and connection to an international network • A role with real creative freedom with a clear mandate, short decision-making paths, and a lot of personal responsibility • Attractive workplace in a central location in Zürich Application Do you feel addressed?
