SAP Invoice Auditor (60 - 70%)

Your tasks

In this versatile role, you are responsible for the correct and timely processing of supplier invoices. Your main tasks include:

• Checking and posting supplier invoices and credit notes in SAP
• Ensuring correct invoice details, especially regarding address data and VAT
• Scanning and assigning documents to SAP purchase orders
• Communication with suppliers regarding missing or incorrect invoices
• Reconciliation of open invoices for defined period closings
• Continuous improvement of your own processes including independent implementation of corresponding projects
• Collaboration on month-end closings (GR/IR)
• Coding of invoices outside of the SAP workflow
• Control and correction of sender countries
• Processing of payment confirmations as well as support in dunning management
• Proper archiving of relevant documents

The position is organizationally assigned to Raw Materials Procurement and reports directly to the Teamlead Chemical Procurement.

Your profile

You are a committed personality with an independent and structured way of working. In addition, you bring the following:

• Several years of professional experience in the field of accounting or accounts payable management
• Affinity for numbers as well as high accuracy and diligence
• Very good SAP knowledge and confident handling of common IT applications
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Strong sense of responsibility and a reliable way of working
• High level of initiative as well as a solution-oriented and team-capable personality
• Networked thinking and enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation
• Availability during month-end closing periods
