Within the Single Window, you receive calls from users facing breakdowns or technical malfunctions. You analyze the reported situations, evaluate their degree of urgency, and provide a first level of response or remote troubleshooting when possible. You then ensure the routing of requests to the competent responders or trigger the necessary interventions based on the defined priorities. Through your technical experience and analytical capacity, you play a central role in the coordination of intervention requests and contribute to guaranteeing the continuity of operation of the installations as well as the safety of people and infrastructures. You ensure first-level troubleshooting interventions on the technical installations and equipment of the site, with a specialization in the field of mechanics. You are also required to carry out troubleshooting interventions in the fields of plumbing, carpentry, or electricity. In this capacity, you demonstrate versatility and possess general technical knowledge allowing you to perform simple troubleshooting and to effectively direct requests requiring specific expertise. You ensure the administrative and technical follow-up of requests, ensure the traceability of interventions in the management tools, and participate in the updating of working documents. You may be required to work transversely with the Electricity and Mechanics sectors. You hold a CFC as an automation technician or an equivalent diploma and can justify at least five years of experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical installations. You possess solid theoretical and practical knowledge in automation, mechanics, and electromechanics. You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite tools as well as a CMMS software. You also have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
