In all our activities, the customer is at the center. Our finance team is looking for a committed management person immediately or by agreement. In this key role, you will assume responsibility for financial accounting and lead a small, well-established team.

Your main tasks:

Direction and development of a team of two employees

Responsibility for the general ledger as well as interfaces with auxiliary books

Preparation of interim accounts in collaboration with the CFO

Preparation of financial analyses for management

Monitoring of aging lists and debt collection

Preparation and control of VAT returns (CH & abroad)

Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts as well as payment management

Contact person for internal and external financial requests

Participation in development projects of the finance department

What you bring:

CFC commercial training or equivalent, federal specialized training in finance and accounting an asset, long-standing experience in accounting (mastery of closings)

At least 5 years of professional experience in finance/accounting

Solid experience in team management

IT affinity: experience with Abacus and MS Office

Autonomous, structured, reliable, precise, and trustworthy

Impeccable German, fluent English, other languages an asset
