Your field of activity

• You independently lead and manage our interesting and diverse large timber construction projects (structural timber construction + element construction)
• Within the framework of these projects, you take responsibility for execution planning, material procurement, project management, monitoring of construction costs, compliance with deadlines and quality, as well as the preparation of invoicing and warranty acceptances
• As the primary contact person for the client, you ensure an optimal project process with regard to costs, deadlines and quality, as well as customer satisfaction and the economic efficiency of the project
• You accompany and control the implementation of your planning in the areas of production and assembly

Your foundation

• Following your vocational training as a carpenter, joiner, or structural draughtswoman, you have completed further training as a certified technician HF timber construction, timber construction foreman, timber construction master, or a degree in timber construction
• With your previous experience in the management, planning and execution of larger timber construction projects and your basic technical understanding, you master everyday construction and project tasks with ease
• Working with clients gives you pleasure and, thanks to your confident and competent appearance, you communicate with your internal and external project partners at eye level
• Your independent and structured way of working as well as your high quality and cost awareness distinguish you
• You have very good construction knowledge and are proficient in using CAD programs (ideally CADwork 2d and 3d) and MS-Office programs
