Your tasks:

• Quotation and order processing domestic and export
• Creation of export documents
• Telephone customer care and consultation
• Returns and complaints management
• Support for the field service team / customer service

Your profile:

• Commercial training with high technical understanding or manual training with sales experience
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Team-oriented, independent and exact way of working
• Open sales-oriented personality
• Flexibility and a quick grasp
