Job description ##

• Ensure the smooth daily operation of the establishment
• Ensure the quality of the welcome and customer satisfaction
• Organize and coordinate various daily tasks
• Guarantee compliance with procedures, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Be a true support for the team and management
• Manage emails, customer and supplier requests
• Ensure routine administrative follow-up
• Organize and follow up on orders
• Control deliveries and stocks
• Anticipate goods needs and ensure replenishment
• File and ensure the follow-up of various administrative documents
• Welcome, advise, and build customer loyalty
• Promote the establishment's products and services
• Develop sales through a proactive commercial approach
• Respond to requests and ensure personalized customer follow-up
• Be comfortable in making contact and communicating with different interlocutors

• Proven experience in catering, ideally in a position with responsibilities
• Acute sense of organization and rigor
• Very good ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable with IT tools and email management
• Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills
• Autonomous, reliable, and proactive
• Sense of responsibility and taste for well-done work
• Practical spirit and ability to quickly find solutions
