Realising Your Individual Potential Special Cleaner (m/w/d) Schaffhausen 100 % Facility Management Tasks • Basic cleaning of various floor coverings and coatings • Basic cleaning of sanitary facilities • Carrying out window and facade cleaning • Carrying out final construction cleaning • Moving and carpet cleaning • Operation / use and maintenance of special equipment and cleaning agents • Deployments on weekdays as well as planned work deployments on Saturdays • Operation of various lifting and working platforms • Willingness to work irregular hours • Documentation of work carried out Requirements • Completed EFZ/EBA training or several years of professional experience in special cleaning • PSAgA pass (personal protective equipment against falls) an advantage • Experience in operating various cleaning machines • Operator's license for lifting and working platforms (IPAF) an advantage • Driver's license category B required • Good German language skills in word and writing • Punctuality and reliability, careful and independent working method • Teamwork and flexibility • Physical resilience and freedom from vertigo (working at heights) • Clear certificate of conduct and debt collection register extract • Resident in the Schaffhausen region We offer: • Employment according to GAV • Regular work activities • Employee training Company As Apleona Schweiz AG, we offer our customers the best in facility and real estate management at 14 locations.
