Who are we?

Le Service des bâtiments (SBat) is a central service that intervenes as a service provider to the other Directions, services and establishments of l-administration cantonale. In order to strengthen the supervision of our cleaning teams and to support the development of their skills, we are opening a new function at the heart of our approach to professionalizing our activities.

Your missions

• Ensure the quality, organization and safety of cleaning activities
• Supervise cleaning staff while ensuring their continuous training
• Coordinate the work of external cleaning companies and the internal services concerned
• Plan resources according to the needs and availability of the collaborateur-trices
• Organize and ensure the follow-up of introductory and development training for all cleaning staff

Desired profile

• CFC d'agent-e de propreté, d'agent-e d-exploitation (AGEX) or de gestionnaire en intendance (GEI) or training deemed equivalent
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of activity
• Several years of experience in team management
• Authorization to train apprenti-e-s agent-e-s d-exploitation (AGEX)
• Mastery of the French or German language, with good knowledge of the other language
