Hospitality and Housekeeping Manager Do you want to actively contribute to the quality of life and comfort of your colleagues? OSEO Vaud is recruiting for a hospitality and housekeeping manager position; you will benefit from a fixed-term or permanent employment contract (to be defined), with an activity rate of 80%. Your missions: Perform and guarantee cleaning work in our various premises; Carry out activities related to the laundry sector; Ensure and guarantee the proper execution of services according to our Quality & Hygiene standards; Contribute to the achievement of objectives regarding the production of goods and services; Be attentive to technical installations and report any problems/needs identified; Organize and participate in certain tasks related to health and safety at work; Provide practical and theoretical knowledge (cleaning and linen maintenance fields) to learners (apprentices, interns). What you bring: CFC in hospitality and housekeeping management or training deemed equivalent; Technical knowledge of maintenance methods and the handling of cleaning machines and devices; Proven experience and knowledge in an equivalent position; Knowledge of common Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook); Autonomy, reliability, sense of organization and initiative, solution-oriented, possessing practical sense, capable of improvising, proactive and versatile; Quick-witted, having a sense of responsibility, concern for well-done work and the will to get involved as well as a customer approach; Ability to communicate and work in a team; Valid driver's license; Training in the field of health and safety at work, completed or in progress (MSST Concept) would be a plus; The 2 extracts (Special and Classic) of the criminal record will be requested upon hiring.
