We are currently looking for a: Social Educator in open environment at 80% Your mission: Socio-educative work in a small team; Close and sustained support for adults in difficulty; Development with the person and assistance in realizing life projects (social or professional integration, training, ...); Support for daily life (financial, administrative, housing, access to care, ...); Working both in the office and at the homes of the people being followed or with their networks; Facilitating access to rights and their maintenance (public assistance, housing, insurance, health, ...); Coordination with the different actors in the network. Your profile: Training in social work or equivalent title; 5 years of professional experience in the socio-educative field; Interest in team reference work; Taste for work in an open environment; Good knowledge of the Vaud social network; Analytical and synthetic spirit, writing ease; Ability to adapt, creativity, and sense of organization.
