EMS les 3 Sapins works mostly with continuous schedules of 10h… The 4-day week is what we do! Are you a Social Educator assistant and do you truly care about the well-being of the residents? Are you a pearl (or a pearl but that is not said)? Your contract is waiting for you! You will take responsibility for a young (and less young) team composed of 3 apprentices and 2 socio-educational assistants. You have 10 ideas a minute, passion, and empathy. So come join us; for this, you only need (but still imperatively):

• The CFC as Social Educator Assistant
• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• A valid driver's license to go on many outings with the residents
• To be a company trainer or accept to do so within 3 months for the manager position
• To have joy of life, humor, and love
