Job Description ##

Working closely with Management, you will take responsibility for activities related to import/export flows.

In this capacity, your main responsibilities will be to :

• Lead and coordinate import/export activities in compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines
• Guarantee the compliance of operations and documents related to customs procedures
• Supervise the organization of national and international transport and ensure the follow-up of external partners
• Be the reference contact for freight forwarders and customs partners
• Supervise and support your team, organizing priorities and the distribution of activities
• Ensure quality of service to customers and internal interlocutors
• Lead and optimize the processes within your scope, following a continuous improvement logic.

The Successful Applicant ##

• You have proven experience in the fields of Import / Export, customs and international transport, ideally acquired in an industrial environment
• You master Swiss and international customs specificities and procedures ;
• Ideally, you hold a federal diploma or a relevant higher education qualification in the field
• You have a first successful experience in team management
• Excellent level of French and English as well as a good command of German
• Organized, autonomous and pragmatic, you are able to coordinate several activities and ensure their operational follow-up
