In this role, you take overall responsibility for a strategically central transformation project in the Life business unit and actively shape the future of our business in the field of occupational pension schemes. What awaits you * You lead a strategic large-scale project in the field of occupational pension schemes (BVG) and bear the overall responsibility for its success (scope, schedule, team, project governance, budget, quality). * You lead interdisciplinary project teams, manage several workstreams as well as external partners and ensure goal-oriented implementation. * You actively shape and maintain cooperation with a variety of very experienced stakeholders and conduct active stakeholder management at the senior level. * You navigate confidently in a complex large corporate environment, recognize risks early and initiate suitable control and measures. * You promote the organizational acceptance of new processes and ways of working, prepare steering committees professionally and moderate them successfully.
