What you will do ##

• Processing and handling of customer orders in an international environment
• Creating and following up on quotations
• Telephone and written customer support
• Coordination of delivery dates with internal specialist departments
• Processing of complaints and returns
• Maintenance of customer and order data in the ERP and CRM system
• Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented order processing

What you bring with you ##

• Commercial basic training or comparable training
• Experience in sales administration is an advantage
• Very good German and French skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• High customer and service orientation
• Team-oriented and communicative personality
