a Customer Service Advisor 100%

In our branches, independent of the car brand, we offer car service (maintenance, upkeep and repairs), tires as well as tire hotel and accessories: for a perfectly maintained vehicle, which guarantees great driving comfort and maximum safety in every traffic situation.

Your tasks:

• Coordination of the employee team with allocation of daily tasks
• Consultation and sales
• Vehicle reception and delivery
• Order preparation, scheduling and monitoring
• Billing of service or repair orders, quality control

You bring with you:

• Completed apprenticeship in the automotive industry
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Good oral and written German skills
• Joy and passion for the profession
• Sense of personal responsibility as well as independence
• Ability to work in a team and good communication qualities
• Team spirit
