The ESB Stiftung Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise and offers people with support needs attractive training and job positions as well as various forms of living and services. The ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of which are in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft, one in the Canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities pursue the goal of promoting the self-determined life of people with support needs.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a

Social Worker 60% - 80% ##

In a ten-person team, you accompany people in their individual life situations and needs with much empathy and professional competence. Our team coaches and accompanies a residential community of eighteen adults with support needs at Laubiberg in their individual life situations and needs. The ESB actively engages with the implementation of the UN-BRK and focuses on participation and co-determination in all processes.

This is what you will achieve with us ###

• Support and assistance of adults with support needs in their practical life activities as well as the realization and co-development of their life designs
• Reflection and documentation of support services, areas of development, and current areas of life
• Independent completion of organizational and administrative tasks
• Reference and relative work in the sense of adult protection law
• Digital management of client documentation
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal specialist departments and the client system
• Working in shift operation between 7:00 and 22:00 as well as taking on on-site night standby duties

This is what you bring with you ###

• Completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH
• Experience in accompanying adults with support needs
• Reflected person with heart, empathy, and professional handling of closeness and distance
• Ability to meet and inspire people at eye level
• Experience in accompanying people with ASS is an advantage
