As a Specialist: Construction Management Building Services (HVACSE), you take on technical and organizational responsibility for demanding construction projects. You coordinate the entire building technology from planning to commissioning and ensure that deadlines, quality, costs, safety and functionality fit together. Your responsibility Leadership and coordination of the HVACSE trades across all project phases Control of deadlines, quality, costs and technical requirements Technical support for execution and detail planning Examination and optimization of technical solutions with regard to economic efficiency and operation Coordination of specialist planners, contractors, suppliers and internal specialists Management and moderation of technical meetings Monitoring of execution on the construction site Ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines and safety regulations Support for commissioning, functional tests and acceptance Identification and solution of technical interface problems before they become critical Support with tenders, awards and supplementary management Active optimization of construction and commissioning processes said You ensure that complex building technology is not just installed, but successfully commissioned. Technical Basic training in building technology, electrical engineering or a related technical profession Further training as a Technician HF, Engineer FH/BSc, Federal Dipl.
