Your Mission Responsibility for the development of our customers in the security environment as well as support in the preparation of strategies, concepts, and roadmaps Advising our customers in the areas of Cyber Security, Information Security, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Cyber Resilience, and IT Service Management (ITSM) Planning and moderation of workshops, assessments, strategy and consulting appointments as well as support in the development of sustainable security concepts Conducting security assessments, risk analyses, and maturity assessments including the derivation of concrete recommendations for action Further development of our security portfolio together with Sales, Professional Services, and Managed Services along our value stream approach Identification of new market opportunities and customer needs as well as support for go-to-market initiatives including offers, presentations, and tender documents Positioning Sonio AG as a leading security partner with customers, manufacturers, and in the market IT Security Consultant – Cyber Security, Business Continuity & Cyber Resilience (m/f/d) Your Mission What you bring with you A glimpse into our way of working Our teams work closely together and combine consulting, professional services, managed services, and solution sales under one roof. With your expertise, you strengthen our position as a Trusted Advisor, strategically develop existing customers, and actively contribute to the expansion of our security business. What you bring with you 3–5 years of consulting experience in the subject areas of Cyber Security, Information Security, Business Continuity Management, or IT Service Management Enjoyment of customer consulting as well as solution-oriented working with a convincing appearance and strong communication, presentation, and methodological skills Experience in conducting workshops, assessments, strategy developments, or consulting mandates Understanding of organizational and technical security requirements as well as their practical implementation Ability to recognize customer needs and develop sustainable solution approaches from them Interest in the further development of services, consulting offers, and market positioning Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, or comparable practical experience Very good German and good English skills Willingness to travel within Switzerland Advantageous Knowledge in Security Governance, ISMS, BCM, Risk Management, or compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001 or NIST) Experience with Security Operation Services, Security Monitoring, Managed Security Services, or Cyber Resilience concepts Knowledge of solutions from Veeam, Commvault, Cohesity/Veritas, HPE Zerto, or comparable manufacturers Experience in portfolio development as well as the preparation of consulting offers together with Solution Sales and Account Management Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001, CAS Cyber Security, Security+, or comparable qualifications About us We are an IT system integrator and full-service provider.
