Identifying and resolving technical problems, repairs and replacement if necessary. Troubleshooting: Rapid diagnosis and resolution of technical problems related to A/V systems during live events to minimize interruptions and ensure smooth operation. Technical support: Providing technical support and guidance to presenters and organizers to ensure they are familiar with the A/V equipment and can use it effectively. Quality control: Ensuring that the audio and video quality meets the highest standards. Making adjustments as necessary to improve the clarity of sound and image. Cable management: Proper management and organization of A/V cables to avoid cable clutter, tripping hazards and equipment damage. Inventory management: Keeping track of the stock of A/V equipment, ordering supplies as needed, setting up an organized storage area for the equipment. Collaboration: Close cooperation with event planners, customers and colleagues to understand their A/V requirements and achieve the desired results. Compliance with safety regulations: Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment and avoid accidents. Research and development: Stay informed about the latest A/V technologies and trends, making recommendations for upgrading and improving the equipment.
