For a successful production operation in Freiamt, we are looking for a Team Leader Production (m/f/d) who leads their team in a motivating manner and actively drives processes forward.

Tasks

• Technical and personnel leadership of a production team
• Ensuring a trouble-free production process
• Planning and coordination of daily work
• Monitoring of quality, safety and productivity
• Collaboration on improvement and optimization projects
• Contact person for employees and internal interfaces

Profile

• Technical vocational training EFZ
• Experience in an industrial production operation
• Leadership experience or ambitions as an emerging leader
• Hands-on mentality and high commitment
• Good organizational skills
• Very good German language skills
