Engineering Project Manager # (m/f/d) freelance/in temporary permanent employment for a project Bern Start date: immediately Reference number: 887652/1 Tasks ### • Independent control and management of small to medium-sized projects as well as sub-teams within large projects • Responsibility for the project execution of feasibility studies from planning and execution through to qualification/validation and handover • Development and monitoring of budget plans as well as schedule and resource control • Creation of relevant project management documents as well as technical and delivery-related contracts • Continuous reporting of project status to senior management including KPIs on schedules, costs and milestones Profile ### • Completed university degree in the field of engineering, ideally mechanical engineering or process engineering • Sound knowledge and profound experience in project management as well as in handling project management methods; an additional qualification such as PMP is an advantage, but not mandatory • Relevant in-depth experience in the areas of chemistry, biotechnology or pharmaceutical processes • Comprehensive technical knowledge regarding technical development concepts, tools, technologies and design methods with pronounced problem-solving competence • Fluent German skills and English skills at native level • Experience with Execution systems, Trackwise, Veeva, Power BI or Clarity is advantageous, but not mandatory Benefits ### • Free and independent activity without obligation for holiday or sick leave cover • Independent working without integration into a fixed team • Direct cooperation with senior management on global engineering projects
