Your tasks
Creation and sending of offers based on specifications from the sales department
Telephone and written customer contact
Processing of email traffic
Creation of invoices
Appointment planning and coordination
General administrative and organizational work
Support of the team in day-to-day business
Your profile
Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
Experience with the ERP system BauBit (mandatory)
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
Proficient German in speaking and writing
Friendly, service-oriented appearance
Team-oriented personality with a quick grasp
