Your responsibilities ### • Autonomously drive construction projects as a Client Representative (RMO), Assistant to the Client (AMO) and/or Project Manager, depending on the nature and scope of the projects entrusted • Assume responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality objectives • Advise and accompany institutional owners and clients • Coordinate consultants (architects and engineers), companies as well as users and other project stakeholders • Collaborate closely with the property management and center management teams as well as with the various internal experts • Guarantee the smooth running of projects through all phases of realization Your profile ### • Training as an architect, engineer, site manager or equivalent qualification • At least 5 years of experience in Switzerland as a Client Representative, project manager or in a similar function • Solid knowledge of the construction and real estate sector • Excellent project management skills • Communicative personality, comfortable in negotiations • Autonomous, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial way of working • Team spirit and sense of responsibility • Proficiency in German is a real asset Here are some of our advantages: • Working time: we practice mobile working with individual (annual) working hours and/or part-time work.
