To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Director of Sales (m/f/d)

In the versatile and responsible function as Director of Sales (m/f/d), the following activities are part of your area of responsibility:

Overall responsibility for Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Banquet Sales, as well as strategic market positioning in existing and new markets
Development and implementation of the sales strategy as well as coordination of annual sales planning with the management
Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, as well as revenue, occupancy, and yield targets
Professional and personnel leadership as well as promotion and further development of employees
Steering international sales activities as well as opening up new markets, customer segments, and business potentials
Care and expansion of strategic key accounts and partnerships
Responsibility for pricing, segmentation, yield, and distribution in cooperation with Revenue Management and Rooms Division
Optimization of sales and reservation processes as well as further development of Banquet Sales in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments
Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal quality standards as well as maintenance and expansion of international business and industry contacts
With the following characteristics you will convince us:

Several years of professional and leadership experience in hotel sales or the luxury service sector, ideally with an affinity for Revenue Management

Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as sales talent and a winning, stylish appearance

Good knowledge of the key markets Switzerland, Germany, France, and USA, ideally also APAC

Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented way of working as well as strong teamwork skills

High customer and guest orientation as well as enjoyment of a varied and flexible hotel everyday life

Very good language skills in German, French, and English
Good MS-Office skills; Fidelio Suite 8 is an advantage
