Your field of activity ### • The management of rehabilitation is being handed over to the next generation. As a Team Leader, you will assume technical and organizational co-responsibility in your subject area of rehabilitation. You support the department management in the leadership of approx. 20 employees. Together with the department management as well as the entire nursing management team, you work according to the service mandate and target specifications, incorporating the nursing models and nursing diagnoses applied at LUKS. • You are responsible for the implementation of efficient, effective, and appropriate nursing care, taking the framework conditions into account. Through your far-sighted and reflective personality, you actively participate in various projects and are involved in their implementation. • You are responsible for competent and patient-oriented care for our patients, perform duties in direct care in all shifts, and support employees in their professional development. • A state-of-the-art clinical information system, which maps the entire patient process digitally and comprehensively and lists all patient data at all times and up to date, supports you around the clock. Your experience ### • You have completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH and bring several years of professional experience, preferably in the rehabilitative field. In addition, ideally, you already have leadership experience at the team leader level or in another function. • You are characterized by a committed, reliable, and exact way of working, enjoy taking on responsibility, and are an organizational talent. You are a communicative and open personality and enjoy working in a team. • You treat your fellow human beings with appreciation and empathy and keep a calm head even in hectic situations; in dealing with patients as well as relatives, you demonstrate high social as well as professional competence.
